Precise colorimetric test to measure the pH of freshwater aquariums between 6.0 and 7.6. Available as a complete kit or as a reagent refill.
JBL ProAquaTest pH 6.0–7.6 makes it easy to check the pH of a freshwater aquarium accurately. Regular pH monitoring helps keep the water stable and suitable for fish, shrimp and aquatic plants.
Its colorimetric system with comparator takes the natural colour of the water into account. It therefore offers a more reliable reading than a simple visual comparison carried out directly in a test tube.

Instructions for use
Refill:
The refill contains the reagent needed to keep using the material from the complete kit. It is intended for customers who already own the test tubes, the syringe, the comparator and the colour chart.

Simple and quick to use
Usage tips:
Fill both test tubes with aquarium water. Add the reagent to the designated test tube, then place both tubes in the comparator block. Then compare the resulting colour with the chart to determine the pH value.
For a newly set-up aquarium, it is advisable to check the pH daily during the first week. Once the aquarium has stabilised, a weekly check is generally recommended.
Important:
The "Refill" variant contains only the reagent. The comparator, test tubes, syringe and colour chart are not included.
