Sera Filter Wool is a mechanical filter medium designed to retain the fine particles present in aquarium water.
Its stable fibres effectively capture fine dirt without quickly clogging or collapsing. It can be placed in an internal filter, an external filter or a sump compartment.

Directions for use:
Rinse the wool in lukewarm water before first use. Place it in the filter without compressing it excessively, in order to maintain good water circulation.
Rinse or replace the wool when it is saturated with impurities or when the filter flow starts to decrease.
The wool mainly provides mechanical filtration. For complete filtration, it should be combined with suitable biological filter media.
