Bring character and depth to your aquarium with the natural red jasper selected by Alchimia Aquatics. Its hues ranging from brick red to orange-brown, sometimes crossed by lighter veins, allow you to create a warm and unique mineral layout.
Red jasper fits particularly well into an aquascape made of green plants, natural roots and a light or dark substrate. It can be used as a main stone, to structure the layout or to create small reliefs.

Influence on water parameters
Red jasper is mainly composed of silica and is generally considered a neutral stone in the aquarium. Under normal conditions of use, it should not significantly alter the pH, KH, GH or the calcium concentration of the water.
As it is a natural product, its composition and inclusions may vary slightly. For aquariums requiring very soft water or particularly precise parameters, it is recommended to test the stones before their definitive introduction.
Usage tips:
Rinse the stones thoroughly with clean water before placing them in the aquarium. Do not use soap, disinfectant or household products.
If in doubt, place a few drops of white vinegar on a clean, dry area of the stone. A reaction accompanied by bubbles may indicate the presence of calcareous components.
Position the stones stably to avoid any risk of falling or pressure against the aquarium panes.
Important information:
The photographs are shown as examples. The stones delivered may show natural differences in shape, size, colour and veining. The quantity of stones received depends on the selected weight variant and the natural dimensions of each piece.
